Visiting the website

The website runs on a server of netcup GmbH, Daimlerstraße 25, 76185 Karlsruhe, in Germany. When you open a page, the web server processes technically necessary data: IP address, time, requested address, status code, browser identifier and referring page. This serves to deliver the page and to operate it securely (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The data is kept only as long as needed for that.

The website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking and loads nothing from third parties; fonts and images are served from our own server. The domains' DNS is provided by Cloudflare; the page request itself does not pass through Cloudflare.

Contacting us by email

When you write to us, we process your address and your message to reply (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). Our mailbox is operated by Purelymail.

Emails about your MunduLabs account

For a MunduLabs account we send only the emails needed to use it: address confirmation, sign-in links and codes, password resets, session invitations and service notices. We send no marketing. Sign-in itself runs on our own server in Germany (auth.mundulabs.com).

We send these emails through Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) of Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg, in the Stockholm region (Sweden, EU). This processes your email address, the message content and its delivery status. Addresses that bounce or report a message as spam are put on a suppression list and are not written to again. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. A data processing agreement with Amazon is in place; a possible transfer to the USA is covered by its standard contractual clauses and Amazon's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Write to privacy@mundulabs.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
